    I ordered a 3x4 foot print in glossy stock and they printed my order in matte because they ran out of the glossy stock. I was not notified upon pickup that the paper was changed. I then called later in the week and asked for a reprint because it was not what I ordered and they refused although they had glossy paper in stock.

    Print was made entirely wrong, with no notification to me until pickup that they could not do the requested service. I was also charged double on the order, but was told the manager was not there & nobody could do anything about it. I was told the order could not be redone quickly and was stuck paying for something that ended up being unusable as I was desperate to meet my deadline. How does an order for a high quality professional image get printed as a cheap poster of the wrong side with multiple cuts and scratches, with no notification at the time of order that what I wanted could not be completed? I understand mistakes can be made, but at no point was I notified, and the employees were very rude and couldn't have cared less about fixing it. I was very disappointed and frustrated. I ended up sending my order to Walmart and got in done perfectly in 2 hours for less than FedEx took 5 days to do incorrectly.

    Went into the store to have copies of building prints made. Debbie turned me over to the self-service printer helped me work it step by step. My prince came out amazing and she was so helpful I have no words to tell her thank you. I'm not a computer savvy person.

    The trip to the FedEx store was pretty smooth. I had everything planned out ahead of time, so all I had to do was show up, say my name, and grab my printing stuff. It was a good experience, I guess.
