Despite providing the tracking number and my company badge, the store manager, Amy, insisted that the package should be under my name and match my ID's address, even though it was held for our company. This unnecessary hassle made the experience frustrating and unprofessional.

I tried using the PC station to print manually from the USB port on the PC but the options were confusing and the PC would restart, which took a while to reboot. The employee working the register could tell I was frustrated and offered to help. (I could hear earlier he was already very helpful with an elderly lady who was having issues paying for prints because her card kept declining — it was very sweet of him to be so patient and polite with her, given her age). Once he heard what my issue is, Gavin very quickly offered to print the label off my USB flash drive at the register. He opened the folder on the drive, cropped the label and printed it so quickly, I was surprised how quick and painless it all was. He then helped me carry everything to the weight scale, stuck the label on and offered me a Sharpie to write the RMA down. Then offered me the receipt and ensured me I wasn’t keeping them, for it was at close and i was embarrassed to be a hassle for the staff. A+ customer service. Truly above and beyond.

He even noticed a mistake and fixed it before I had to pay. This attention to detail saved me a ton of time since I have to file my receipts with my company. And the order was ready 5 hours earlier than expected!! Overall great experience.
