He understood the service I needed and when he asked for my Driver’s License (which I wasn’t aware was needed) he allowed me to run and grab it without losing my place in line. He verified everything to ensure my package was going to correct location and showed me my options for lead times and pricing for shipping so that I was able to choose the option that worked best for me. He was friendly and informative and he made me smile on an otherwise crappy day. Thank you, Dan for being so kind and incredible at customer service.
