And this something just happens to be really important (vehicles title from a previous total loss), and I was about to buy my own envelope and scissors to do it. But Janet noticed what I had and politely went out of her way to come over and take care of the whole thing for me. I didn’t know they had special packages for stuff like this and it was all prepaid but the insurance company so Janet helped me out with everything and I didn’t have to pay anything or even do anything! I really appreciated her help and I love seeing someone being passionate about their job and helping others.

So I decided to come here. Paul Pugl offer me help as soon as I came into the business. He worked with me carefully so that I could understand the process and can do it myself next time, if necessary. Paul is great! He is very kind and understanding. I had no problem comprehending what he explained to me and he made sure I understood it. I think all FedEx employees should be taught to be like Paul. I was a bit fearful of getting these copies made but Paul Pugl sure made it a pleasant trip! Thank you Paul!

She said she was in pain, tired, didn't feel good, clearly didn't want to be there. Last year she told me I had to email my tax files to print, so this year I did that and didn't bring it in on a jump drive like I always did. But she yelled at me this year and said it had to be on a jump drive. She said she'd try to print it from an email, but after waiting for almost 30 minutes, she said it still hadn't come through, and I had to leave. Later that night, I got a phone call from Fed Ex (I have no idea how they got my name or number) saying my job had been printed and to come pick it up. I was very confused because I'd never told her what I wanted printed or what size, let alone any other information. When I went the next day to pick it up, the crabby woman was at lunch - thank goodness - and another woman said she'd come in the night before, asked the crabby woman about it, and that the 2nd shift woman had printed it. It was printed wrong - of course - but the 2nd woman was able to salvage it and didn't charge me for the fixed printing. This office is an absolute nightmare.
