- Wednesday, December 27, 20235 out of 5Rating 5.0We had a car title we needed to send quickly to FL with a return label included addressed to us.We were unable to complete your necessary computer work; it would not accept our entries. We tried three times, then asked for help. Young lady came out and tried herself 2 more times, got another young lady's suggestions and she tried again. Nothing. After her trying without success they went to get their Supervisor. She came out and did all kinds of things; nothing worked. They were able to figure out that your system did not accept our mailing address. No idea why. We eventually used another street address and it went through. We were so relieved! Your employees at the AVL FedEx Office were amazing and persisted with this issue. We were with them for over an hour and did send our package off and have received it back, as requested. We would like to give them a REAL shout-out for how nice they were, persistent in solving the problem, and not just sending us on our way! I am sure you can tell who was working at that time to congratulate them both, by name from us for a JOB WELL DONE!! Thank You!
