Choose a FedEx Office location for AT&T Returns
Step 1: Choose a nearby FedEx Office Print & Ship Center to return your AT&T Equipment.
Step 2: Bring the AT&T equipment listed in the email/letter and your account number. FedEx Office will take care of the rest.
AT&T Returns are only supported at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center locations. Other location types, such as FedEx Freight, FedEx Ship Centers or FedEx OnSite locations inside Walgreens cannot accept equipment returns.
