    It was awesome! Today was my 5th or more visit this year. The staff was very helpful with awesome energy. Lionel is a great and awesome Supervisor and Wilson, along with Marco always presents me with a Warm and welcome return upon coming back to the store. This is going to be my number 1 spot for printing going forward as I look to grow as an entrepreneur. Give them all a Great raise 😂👍

    I needed 2 large/long documents laminated for my son that's in elementary school. I dropped the documents off during my lunch break & they were completely before I left from work later that evening. Pick-up was fast and easy.

    This review is geared more towards Fed-Ex as a whole than this particular store, although the store failed to resolve my issues. Through my Fed-Ex account, I scheduled a shipment to be picked up from my office on Friday 2/2 and shipped Ground to arrive on Wednesday 2/7 for around $50. It was not until Thursday 2/8 that I realized it was never picked up. I then had to walk a 20lb shipment 5 blocks to the closest Fed-Ex and ship it 2-day for a total of $200 in order to get to the destination in time. There is no communication online as to why a package isn't picked up, or even that it wasn't picked up. I asked the associate about it and his words were - "I would never pick ground. 9 times out of 10, it's not picked up. We contract out for that service so it's really hit or miss. Definitely don't pick ground again". UNACCEPTABLE FOR FED-EX. I chose ground in an effort to save money, and for that to not be an option because your contract workers are not reliable is simply unacceptable. This is the third of three really expensive mishandled shipments I am dealing with with Fed-Ex. The first two were unresolved simply because a live human being refused to talk to me. My company is out about $3,000 at this point, including the latest $150 it took me to ship this package 2-day because of your unreliable workers. And you have no customer service to assist in times like this. I asked for the associate what I could do and he said he had no power to help me, that his manager would also do nothing (but was not in the office), and that I could call Fed-Ex directly "but would be lucky to get a live person". Which I know from experience is true, so I actually appreciate his honesty and acknowledgment of how bad your customer service really is. My company will be moving accounts to UPS.
