    The customer service agent was not friendly or helpful, also he did not apply my company discount. I told him that i was declaring my items were worth 500$, he only declared 300$. I was sending Christmas presents to my grandchildren and they still had price tags on them, i asked the sales associate could i use his scissors to cut the tags off, he said he was not allowed to do that. I asked him if he could cut the tags off for me, he said he could not do that. Once all my items were packed in the box, i realized i needed to tape the box, i asked the sales associate if i could use his tape gun, he said no, i asked him if he could tape the box for me he said no. This particular fedex location is located in a Walmart shopping center. I went to the Walmart customer service counter and asked them if i could use a pair of scissors and their tape gun, they allowed me to use it without any issue. Ive been a consistent customer with fedex for years and i can say I've NEVER had such a distasteful experience in all the years like the experience i had today 12/19/23. This was the worst experience ive ever had.

    It was actually a return through Walmart and then through Fedex (a return). Benny was much more helpful than the Walmart employee. He was polite, friendly and again, very helpful!

    Michele,had previously helped me on my visit to perform a scan on a document I needed to upload as soon as possible.I returned to the store today on ,6/29 and she took the time out of her schedule to assist me in designing a flyer for my lost pet Egypt.Michele was empathetic,and catered to my needs while also taking care of several customers in line effortlessly.I really hope that her efforts can be rewarded in compensation than just receiving kudos.Nowadays,you really don't get that high level customer service experience as I had.By the way,I am a BofA employee who provides high level customer service daily and so it was well received coming from Michele.
