Katie greeted us warmly and understood the assignment. Her first recommendation for the shipping package and cost were higher than expected so she diligently tried to find other boxes that would be more affordable. When uncertain of the best option, she tagged in her colleague, Emily to assist. Emily remeasured and quickly assessed which box would best fit and give us a better price and it did! I loved the teamwork and the diligence of both Katie and Emily. UPS is a 5min drive from my home but I hop on the highway to get to FedEx for this type of experience!

USPS was slightly cheaper. however, I would have had to use a paper envelope that was not quite big enough, package all 14 sets myself, buy packing tape, and complete labels. Katie compared prices in store for me, found a bubble envelope that was plenty big enough, made my labels, packaged them for me, and did it all with assurance and a smile. GREAT customer service. Well worth the $1 more per package.

Some of the print jobs have a tight timeline and the print jobs are always done correctly and shipped to the locations on time. I often tell the team members (Brandy, Emily, Scott & Katie) that I couldn't do my job without their assistance. The team members are awesome and always warmly greet me when I go to the store. The customer service I receive is outstanding and I only have great things to say about them. I appreciate their hard work in ensuring my print jobs are done in a timely manner.
