    Christin was very helpful, but the problems resulted after shipment. She did not ask if my shipping address was residential, so I did not know I would be charged an additional fee for a residential delivery + a gas surcharge. She also did not explain to me that my receipt was an estimate and if I wanted a detailed, itemized, final receipt that I would have to pay via an invoice. This was a business expense and this created a huge problem for me when it came time to reconcile the charges on my business card with the receipt I was given.

    We had two very large objects to ship. We were denied at UPS even after having a pre-paid shipping label from the seller. The seller advised we should try Fedex. We went in with our new pre-paid label and explained the situation. Christin came out to our vehicle and measured the item for us and advised could ship it! She walked us through everything we needed to do in order to ship the objects and she was very kind.
