It wasn’t a large transaction, only like $4 worth of printing but I was treated so kindly and just as important as anyone else. I was presented with some different solutions when my first idea didn’t work. Everything from paper choices, document uploads and emails- the team member helped me out so much! Then another employees helped me trim my cut the card stock correctly. So helpful!

She snapped at me when I asked if she would be able to print in store. Now, I ordered ahead to avoid that bad experience, and my prints weren’t cut. I paid a service charge for my photos and for what? If I’m paying a service charge, the least you could do is cut the photos. I’m very disappointed. I’ve had such good experiences but this is the second bad experience.
