Today I had an odd request and a fast deadline and understood it may not be possible. Tom stepped up and made it happen and went out of his way to help me out. Other employees also chipped in so Tom could dedicate himself to my job. I am blown away by the customer service at this location. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

It was a daunting task for me but Jamie was wonderful. She offered her condolences and she said she’d take care of getting them done on time. She called asking pertinent questions and I felt that the job was in good hands. I even said that she has taken a big weight off of my shoulders by being so conscientious and concerned that I was happy with the outcome. She even made suggestions that how a gloss would enhance the look of the posters and how a different weight of paper was best. Jamie has a take control demeanor that took off all the pressure from me making decisions. She called to say the pictures I had given her had imperfections and to find a cleaner copy which I did. Then she called to say the posters came out great and the booklets looked good too. When I walked in to get the items, even Tom said “you’re going to be pleased” and when Jamie showed the final results I was pleased. Most of all I am thankful that on a day when I went into FedEx Office with a heavy heart I was met by caring person named Jamie.
