Jen gave me all of the information that I needed and gave me a choice of picking the day I chose, arriving in the morning and then a far less option was for it to arrive same exact day, but in the late afternoon for a cheaper price, I was happy with her choice to give me options for the same day. She was really nice and made my visit very easy. Thank you for hiring great people.

I asked the worker for a receipt and he said, "Next time the only way you can get a receipt is if you go through the self-service center." I don't understand why I can't get a receipt from the counter. And the last time I went in there to buy a box, I went to pay w/ a credit card. I couldn't see the little sign that said to swipe the credit card, because I didn't have my readng glasses. The same worker stated, "You can't do it that way. Read what it says." He doesn't have to be so rude. And if you don't like working with people you shouldn't be in customer service
