    I walked in and was greeted by Jen. I had to ship a package out and have it arrive there in a couple of days. Jen gave me all of the information that I needed and gave me a choice of picking the day I chose, arriving in the morning and then a far less option was for it to arrive same exact day, but in the late afternoon for a cheaper price, I was happy with her choice to give me options for the same day. She was really nice and made my visit very easy. Thank you for hiring great people.

    I went up to the counter because my pre labeled shipping box was too large to fit into the self-service center recepticle. I asked the worker for a receipt and he said, "Next time the only way you can get a receipt is if you go through the self-service center." I don't understand why I can't get a receipt from the counter. And the last time I went in there to buy a box, I went to pay w/ a credit card. I couldn't see the little sign that said to swipe the credit card, because I didn't have my readng glasses. The same worker stated, "You can't do it that way. Read what it says." He doesn't have to be so rude. And if you don't like working with people you shouldn't be in customer service

    I went into the store on Valentines Day to ship out some packages. John helped me, gave me several options for shipping and was super friendly during my entire time I was there, he even wished me Hapoy Valentines Day! Great service and I will be back definitely!

    Could not believe the great service I received from Jen and Annette in youe Salem NH store !! I had a package that was very light in weight, but a weird shape to it, and it needed to be returned to the original sender. Thier suggestions to repackage it in a different sized box and their care in how it was sent etc was great. I had just left a USPS office in my town and a UPS store over twenty minutes away, neither cared or suggested it be packaged differently, saving me over $25.00 ! Being in retail for over 45 years it's great to see their still some great employees out there how actually still care about the store and company they work for. They both deserve a raise, or at least a pizza party ! LOL
