We couldn't ID the package right way but Anthony stayed on the phone with me continuing to offer other ideas of how we can find the package. It would have been easy for him to tell me he cant locate the package without the tracking number but he wanted to resolve my problem and did a great job in ultimately doing so! Manager Material!
