James was very professional & it turned out perfectly. He had a nice demeanor and noticeably other staff were happy helping others. The mgr LEE clearly does a great job with training her staff on smiling & team work. I complimented her, as well deserved!

They only had a scale on the counter and I can’t lift the cases. I had to haul these around all weekend. On the other hand, Aiden in Henderson was a tremendous help and they have a floor scale. No problem at this store. My new go to FedEx store. I lib in BHC, AZ. And have to travel here or Havasu to ship on co. Account. Thanks again, Aiden!

They are more than happy to assist me and go above and beyond with each transaction. They give a personal time to each interaction and they always act with a sense of urgency. Top notch service!
