FedEx employee got my attention when she was helping an elder customer with self serve, very helpful & cordial with a minimal task…Being occupied herself, she politely asked her team members to assist me, which they respected & complied…Finally she assisted me with a print order & perfectly went through the process explaining each click she made with a mouse.
