- Friday, April 19, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0On vacation to Las Vegas, saw on the door a sign that said print your boarding passes here. I attempted to do that on a computer in an adjoining room. Kept getting error message. Couldn't access Allegiant's web site. Asked Lala what I was doing wrong. He said that Allegiant airline has some software that sometimes gets blocked. He went to his computer, took my information and was able to print them for me. I offered to pay him, he refused to take any money even a tip. He just said remember Fed Ex in the future if the need arises. So appreciative that he took time to provide a service to me. Next time I need to ship, I'll go to Fed Ex. Great customer service.

I brought the picture frame I was using back and Michele was incredibly helpful. She measured and adjust everything so my picture came out perfect and it was a great match in the frame.
