Initially, the machine failed to email me a 4 page document I scanned, which was less than 5MB in total. She helped me try it again and it only worked when each page was scanned and emailed separately which is a technical hurdle I did not expect to encounter. Kelly was great at resolving this problem and I highly recommend her!
