Called him again on 4/4 after my arrival at JFK. He said he never saw the file. I sent again, he acknowledged receipt, said job would be done by 5. Arrived at store at 5:05, he had gone home without touching my file or contacting me. I convinced another store employee to do yhe job. This employee did and it was ready by 7. But price was 50% higher than what was quoted to me originally.
