Marshall assisted patiently, clearly explaining what I needed, and the ID requirements. I did not know about all pricing options and he went over these. I was impressed by his attentiveness. People are normally frazzled when walking in to ship things, and he was super with me.

I was doubtful it could happen but Scott helped me sort out the order and get it out for overnight delivery. He made sure to use the smallest box possible to keep costs as low as possible, and was incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout the process.
