This time he refused to ship my package claiming the box was not durable enough. Even after I bought another box and put the the old box inside it, he claimed again that the new box is too small. Then he wasted my time for several minutes claiming that he was looking for assistance on whether to ship my package or not. He only decided to ship the package after I started to call Fedex Customer Customer on the phone.
