Team members are very reliable friendly courteous and helpful in making packaging recommendations. Recently the servicing team member took great care in preparing my handcrafted fully decorated Easter basket with extra padding and labelling the 15x14x14 box as to help keep the contents upright and limit shifting during shipping. Gratefully the package was delivered to the recipient intact arriving on the expected date. Thank you FedEx.
