This 454 page book was sampled for the first few pages to make sure that the numbers were sequencing correctly for a final copy that would be spiral bound on the left - so I could lay the book flat when using it. Al checked all this and treated me very courteously. I was pleased with the product and pleased with the customer service. I will return to this location.

Together they were able to help me creatively problem solve a rather custom exterior Banner flag for a BSA Klondike event and deliver against a last minute and expedited timeline. My client was exceptionally satisfied and appreciative for our solution. I will be reaching out to this location again for my next printing needs. Alex exhibited leadership and a refreshing can do attitude, willingness to roll up his sleeves and try something that had never been done before. Alex was a great partner and together we put our heads together to come up with a solve that exceeded expectations. Jessica's attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, ensured that the custom flag we made from two pieces of vinyl and then grommeted together around the perimeter absolutely wowed my client. I look forward to working with both of them again. Alex and Jessica should be recognized for going above and beyond. As a graphic design with 12 years of experience working with custom printers they rival the very best. A beyond satisfied customer.
