She helped me with finding the right package for a work of art to be shipped and assisted me from start to finish in resolving several potential problems with my shipment. It was refreshing to see such customer-oriented service. I wish all businesses had such excellent employees.

I wanted to connect the order to a fedex account but they were acting as if that was outside of their job description and I was encroaching on their time. Moreover, they did not know how to do that. The suggestion they gave me was to come again later when the said person who knows things would be available. Very unhelpful service. I could have saved $30 by adding the account, but couldn't.

The post office is not as invasive about information that does not pertain to you as a shipper. I will not tell your minimum wage employees the value of my packages or what is in it as I will not be identified as a person worth robbing in the future.

The associates were complaining to each other about the schedule. Finally, one associate came over to help. I had to scan a QR code in order to ship my item. The brightness on my phone was turned up all the way to scan the QR code, however she asked me to turn it up brighter. I told her it was, but she still refused to scan the code. I had to remove my screen protector completely for her to take the code. It scanned on the first try. She then threw my receipt at me. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location, with very unhappy workers.

After emailing, the assistant manager peeled off and Tyler hopped right in to help promptly, was able to turn around my project super quick, and was just genuinely friendly. Folks here seem to work as a team and have it down pat. One of the better FedEx experiences I’ve ever had!
