Immediately, the customer service rep told me no worries, she can get that expedited for me and redone. I appreciated her friendliness and communication. In addition, she contacted me via phone when it was ready - about 2 hours earlier than she had promised, which was fantastic. I realize these things happen sometimes, but it was her way of handling the situation in an expedient and kind way that really stood out.
