She didn't care. I explained it to her but she gave me the excuse that it had to be "slightly cropped" for a 20"X 20" simple line sketch, so I was charged more. That's just outrageous. So I'm letting my artist friends know not to use FedEx printing. I've been a lifetime artist and NOBODY charges this much. Your employee offered no assistance. It was an unfriendly encounter.

I needed these copies immediately. Explained the situation to Zhong, he immediately took my flash drive and loaded onto the FedEx computer and printed out my documents. Zhong was extremely calm which helped me to stay calm. He is very knowledgeable about the IT handling of my flash drive. Very courteous and polite. Zhong's help saved my deadline on my materials.
