The gentleman who was there didn’t seem to have much knowledge but maybe he was in training. Once Buffy started helping up she so helpful and worked so hard to help us with our final product! She was so pleasant throughout the entire time despite my frustration with how long we were there (about 2 hours). She was helping other customers as well while making it happen for us. I cannot say enough great things about Buffy! Super person and hard worker!

One said they were behind on online print order requests. I stood there and waited patiently and then after 10 minutes, I asked if someone could help me print a page on the self service copier because it gave me an error message. A seasoned, female associate with a pony tail, was unhelpful. I asked for help to print 1 page off the self service copier and she gave me a stickie note with a code to figure it out instead of showing me. I came up to the counter again and asked for help. Son came over to help with the machine issue and I got my document printed. I normally go to the Franklin store because their service is better.

The address is clearly printed on the envelope and was to be delivered to a business, and was clearly delivered to a home. How difficult can that be???!!!

Mike, the new manager was there and we talked about the items I had and would have later in the day. Needing everything to ship last night! I had some odd items and he helped figure out what to do and how to print them. But the fabulous thing was: he called me at 4 and had everything ready! Everything! I even emailed him one more thing to copy and he had it done as I was walking in the door. Then he helped me with shipping everything out. They have a lot of new folks working there and I'm sure, like every company these days - is short-staffed. But he made it all happen. I'm very appreciative. Hope my boss is too!!!

I used an off-size envelope and the letter had to be folded precisely for the creases to fit between the photos. Buffy did the printing and I was going to have one of my office staff do the folding but I talked with Buffy and she said FedEx could do it and showed me the system/ equipment she could use. It was much more efficient than my staff could have been, and it was a huge convenience to have FedEx take care of this. This office is 2 miles from my house and I've used them a number of times for these newsletters and other printing projects. The staff have always been helpful and patient when I've had out of the ordinary needs. I'm a lawyer and an accountant and run my own practice, so I really respect helpful, capable work when I find it. Thank you.

I have always enjoyed working with the Brentwood FedX office and have consistently commented on how they make my job easier and make me look good. However! this employee could not have been ruder or more condescending. And when he charged me twice what I usually pay and I expressed my surprise, he reacted with condescension and arrogance. It was outrageous.
