Employee consistently reassured everyone that she will be with them momentarily. For the needs of those in front of me, the wait time was next to nothing. Matter of minutes I was able to drop off my package, get a receipt and be on my way.

I was told it would be done, but when calling the next day. Was told the order would be complete 2 days later. After another phone call to see if there was any way to rush the order, they told me it would be complete in 15 minutes. I would have went to a different, more reliable location if I knew the employee's word was not reliable
