    This location is couple lights away, due to the poor attitude and poor customer service from the staff in general and specially from the older white/hispanic male representative I would rather drive 4-5 miles to another location or go next door and utilize UPS. I rather not, since I’m a share holder but something must change rapidly at this location as I can guarantee y’all that are losing massive customer shares to UPS which is literally 50 feet away.

    Customer service was poor. This is the second time this week. Today, I went in to fedex trying to print one page but had cash on me. I was told I could not print unless I had card. When I asked for the third time if he could print for me and charge me so I can use cash. He said it would cost $0.80 plus a service card of $2.50. I ended up going back to my car to get card and printing the copy for $0.74. There was no one in the store when I went there. Terrible customer service.

    I came to this location to drop off a large box containing floor mats. The box had a label and was nearly 3.5’ long. The gentleman behind the counter asked me what brought me in and a said I was shipping the package. He could have scanned the package at that point but asked me to move the box to the wall near the back hall. I did this and he then scanned the label. While this sounds easy, his tone was rude and the moving of the package was not necessary but came off as passive aggressive. In my opinion he was sick. He was wearing a mask, did not sound well and sounded like he would prefer to be anywhere but work. This is not the norm for FedEx, normally associates are friendly and out going
