I have been in here before and someone showed me how to do it myself which was great. the next time I came in I needed a reminder which tray to leave open for cardstock. the associate told me how the print may not come out correctly which it did the last time for me so I was not sure what she was talking about. She told me she could just print them for me if I send the file to avoid any misprint. I said ok and let her. but when the price of it came out, I wasn't happy. I was still charged a service fee for the service which I was trying to avoid (hence doing this by my self) . I felt that the last time I did this by my self it was a lot cheaper but having her help me and charge me was more expensive. I needed the copies not unfortunately but I wish I would have known about the charge prior to doing this. I ended up printing more somewhere else to avoid this.
