    I wanted to set up a personal account but couldn’t get it done online. So having to go to the store made me irritable. But, quite honestly I was very pleasantly surprised. I didn’t have to wait. I was helped by Alejandro who was well dressed and groomed and was very polite and professional. The price is high though. Please lower your prices and pay your associates better.     I always use self service, but today I was doing something totally different (like laminating and cutting etc) I expected some help when I came in, but Diego was amazing! He did it all and helped me and did an awesome job. I was very happy with the service today.

    Michelle was the most understanding and patient with me my brothers as we were planning and preparing our mother’s funeral. She took the time to provide us assistance and made the frames we ordered were top quality and what we wanted to honor our mother. The whole staff on the Lee Trevino was exceptionally outstanding and. Dry helpful! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you all did for us. Thank you thank you thank you!

    I went up to counter with a print out of address where I needed package shipped to. I paid the shipping. Next day I get the package delivered to MY address! The agent input the information wrong! She put my address (from my driver’s license that she requested) as the recipient address and intended recipient as the sender! This was such a careless and costly mistake! The states are completely different!!! And when confronted about it the next day, they failed to take any responsibility for their error! A discount, an apology- nothing! I was given a phone number to call (which I found was directed back to the store) which placed blame on me. I did not type out the label. I was asked specifically to verify MY address.

    First impression is a wonderfully kept establishment. Was greeted immediately by Diego and provided with package. Alejandra came out, assisted with my questions and provided key details about taking advantage of a discounted rates ending 2/12. She then assisted Diego with applying a military discount and walked me through the varying sizes of posters with cost. Such a fantastic interaction with top notch service. I look forward to switching my business from Office Depot to FedEx, specifically this location.
