Mark welcomed me to FedEx, introduced himself and sought to know how he could make my experience a delight. He went on to guide me on how to do self print on the machine he had just cleaned up. He also guided me on how to use Apple Pay, my first time ever, by just a tap on the phone! (I had left my credit cards at home..ha ha) Mark was super helpful in the full task and listened well to my requirements.

I love mark I really do BUT sometimes I need to be in and out and I can NOT do that with mark! He is super friendly but it is so irritating! This past week Mark has been gone and let me tell you!!!! The girl who helped me most of the week (don’t know her name but at one point she wore a boot) has been an absolute breath of fresh air to work with! She is super friendly AND is super at multi tasking! She can have a conversation with me while STILL handling my shipment! And viola I am in and out in a breeze! Please allow her to work more because I’m sure I am not the only one who feels this way 😊
