I walked into your store..and was greeting cheerfully by all employees and was lucky to get Alexis for my job. She hadn’t seen one of these before but took on the project with a mathematical mind and determination..she figured it out quickly and I couldn’t be more proud of her work ethic and so happy to be able to make my pattern!,,,,it was just an all around good feeling from all employees. I’ll drive the extra 10 min to go across town to store @280 N Business IH35 suite 900!!!!

I didn’t see anywhere to indicate that they needed to be full bleed when I uploaded the file to submit the order. When I picked up my order, I was unsatisfied with the way the brochures looked. The prints were very obviously off from the location of the folds in the brochure. I expressed that I was unsatisfied to the assistant manager, Austin, who was very cold and unapologetic. He told me that there was absolutely nothing they could do to make it right. He told me that it was my fault because I didn’t indicate that they were supposed to be full bleed (even though I told him that I didn’t see a place to do this and submitted a file with full bleed margins). It is possible that this could have been a mistake on my part, but even so, the customer service I received today was unacceptable. I should also mention the customer ahead of me left upset after receiving the same type of service.

When it was returned 1/2 the order was missing and out of order. The staff at 1744 were extremely helpful in fixing the situation. They reprinted the missing 2795 colored one sided, hole punched, order in house so that it would be complete by my deadline. Hats off to this crew, they are wonderful! Store was very busy during the time I was there and customers were helped or greeted, while they helps count and sort through the returned order from Austin. Great work store 1744!!
