I felt like I knew more about the process than she did. I was thinking “wow she must new,” but nope, her name tag says “since 2022.” Thankfully her coworker was there to help and fix everything. He was awesome. Didn’t see the name, but dark hair and a beard. Thank you to him. He was awesome and knew his stuff and charged me correctly for the package.
