Apparently they had also messed up punching the holes. I received 1/2 off my order but had to request addition refund for lack of covers. Only found the pages out of order when reading.

She knew exactly how to match my 2 files so they printed just right and she took the time to listen to me and make sure everything was done just the way I wanted it to be.

They never seem impatient and take their time to make sure I am getting exactly what I need done and at the best price. Ethan helped me over the phone with an order I had placed yesterday. I found out I needed more copies and Ethan was able to locate my file and assist me with ordering more copies right over the phone. My order was completed several hours earlier than promised. Great service.
