    I come to this FedEx store for all of work printing needs. I believe it was Madeline who took my order. She knew exactly how to get the order the way I needed it. She was professional and friendly. Tina rung up my order when I picked it up and was also great.

    I had a rather large copy job that I thought I could handle on my own. I was totally wrong and Shannon swooped in and helped me get the job done! Shannon is just incredible. She has an amazing way about her in that she can process and organize lots of information in her brain, where I simply cannot. I truly could not have done the job without her. I never even needed to ask for help! She's just the sweetest too. My company will always go to this location because of Shannon.

    Tina was the first to provide full service to me. I planned on doing this all by myself and she was great and provided me the service. Most FedEx do not provide any sort of help but Tina was amazing. I was also pleased that the entire team was here to help not only the customer but to Tina to make sure I was getting best service and price. Mateo was a good sport and let me gently bully him and Miranda and Shannon were great supporters to the show. Great location and I will be back.

    I had extreme anxiety about shipping some documents to USCIS due to the nature of the documents and wanting to make sure they were shipped on time. I had started at the post office where the clerk told me she couldn't tell me the date it would be postmarked so I left. I ended up at this office and Madi was the one helping me. I asked her when the documents would be postmarked by and she said the driver was there now and if we got in done in a few minutes it would leave with him. She was able to assist me in choosing the right envelope and discussed shipping fees and timeframes with me. I felt really comfortable with her. Prior to shipping the document she even recommended that I take a picture with the documents being sent and the receipt, as that's what most clients shipping to USCIS do. I took her suggestion! Madi was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, blew the competition out of the water, and went above and beyond by recommending the picture of the docs being sent and the receipt. She deserves recognition!

    I went to the store to have copies made and then bound into books. Tina and Madi were super helpful and guided me through the process of paper choices and binding. Even after a small error found after pick up they were apologetic and had the fix completed in a matter of minutes. I received really stellar service through this visit.

    I came in planning to handle printing job but ended up needing full service and Tina and Madi were extremely helpful and took the time to explain things to me and even printed the documents I needed efficiently and better than i could have done. I would not have been able to complete this job without their assistance. Beyond any customer service assistance I have received at even other retail stores.

    Maddy helped me get the pdf from my phone to the printer which would have taken hours if she wasn’t there. Tina then swooped in and trimmed my fliers to the exact specification I asked for. Highly satisfied!!

    In a world today when service is often lacking, my experience today at FedEx Office was beyond exceptional. I needed to make some card stock color copies from a document I emailed to the store. I struggled to work through the technology challenges. Tina stepped me through the process, and returned several times, between other customers, to help me complete the printing job. I would not have been able to complete it without her assistance. The project also required some paper cutting, and Tina volunteered to complete that task for me as well! It was a remarkable experience to walk out the door, quite stunned at the level of service I'd just experienced. Give Tina a raise, and don't let her get away. It would be FedEx's loss.
