I needed to get my drop cards cut for a work event and he stopped what he was doing to do it right away so I did not have to come back that afternoon. I was greeted by Steph, who was very professional, friendly, and efficient. She presented herself with confident and poise, and competently handled my transaction. I've been a speech and language pathologist for 38 years. It's second nature to me to observe the behavior and communication skills of people around me. I was exceedingly impressed with how Steph conducted herself, handled my transaction, and interacted with the other team members. My impression of her was that she was highly experienced and knowledgeable about her job, and was possibly the store manager. My experience was very pleasant and productive due to her skills, and I will definitely choose this FedEx location again because of the excellent service I received from Steph.

Miguel was a class Act, excellent customer service, he had concerns but he is seasoned, and I appreciate his help and his presence. He should be commended for the service I received.
