I thought I had all my labels but I obviously didn’t. Tuli & Sadie were super nice and helped me out. They were both so patient and understanding. I felt so bad because it was already time to close. Thank you Tuli and Sadie for being so kind.

Heidi took the time to instruct me on how to use the machine, and helped me with the paper selection, and was patient and cheerful and encouraging. Sadie cut the copies for me when I finished. The store was very busy, but they both didn't seem to mind at all and were very helpful.

My overnight priority shipment (a medical necessity for my mother who was traveling) was delivered 3 days late -- 2 hours before she caught her flight home. The billing agents I contacted by phone to request a refund were NO help -- referring me to the website that automatically denied my refund. What about the money-back guarantee? Evidently meaningless. I got a repeat runaround because I don't have an account or an invoice. Neither of which I would expect for a one-time, point-of-sale transaction with my credit card. I feel cheated. I could have used several alternative options for a successful delivery. 0 stars. I do not recommend.
