She walked me through the whole had to Print process stayed with me as the screen changed and even help me adjust a print that was printed out on a very large piece of paper and, I needed it on regular 8 1/2 She provided super customer service and really stayed by me to make sure that I had a great experience. Should get more employees like Brittany

The only thing that I am wondering is I have an account from my office but was told that the account for shipping and printing is different, so I paid with my personal credit card. Later, my office specialist told me that she has been issuing the same account for everything. But I used the location close to my home.

The team helped me print out my wedding day newspaper programs, and went above and beyond to help me format my file, pick out the paper and make sure it is perfect for my big day. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. Wedding planning is a stressful process, and having such a supportive and kind team goes so far. Will definitely be coming back for all paper goods and recommending to all of my friends.

This is how important Mary Beth is to Fed Ex and myself. I am willing to travel from purceville, Va to get Mary Beth’s assistance. She is the absolute best when it comes to customer service and professionalism. I do not know anyone like her. It should be mandatory to have employees like Mary Beth. She greeted me as soon as she saw me and came to my assistance immediately while she was busy doing other tasks. She helped me with the entire process from start to finish. She explained how to use the machine and walked me through step by step on how long it would take, charges and confirmation. I admire her knowledge and always very appreciative of her willingness and patience to share it with me. The best part is she did ALL of the above in a very quick, timely manner. She finished all of the tasks she was working on including helping me even before I was finished at the print and pack station. Thank you for all that you do and making us feel like valued customers, Mary Beth!!! It was just not the same while you were away on vacation. You are truly the best at handling every situation! Also, thank you for never losing a single one of my packages!

Not only were they able to help me figure out what type of paper would be best/how to submit my file, but the service and friendliness was above and beyond. I’m so happy with how my print job came out and will be back this week. Would highly recommend this location and to look for Mary Beth and Brittany for exceptional customer service!

She helped make sure that the product was the correct size and that the poster printed in the color tone that looked best (the picture was of a human face, so the tone was important!) She took time to make sure the prefer was correct and was extremely patient while fixing the issue of the color tone despite the store being busy with other patrons. I really appreciated her help!
