    Started my job at my local FedEx store #1809 and went to store #1900 while traveling in field to make copies. Riley the associate helped me with copies, but he also informed me that I could have the prints from my original job sent to a local fedex office in NJ and have them delivered to my co-worker. This saved me the stress of trying to get back to my local fedex location picking up prints and then me shipping to co worker. HUGE satisfaction that fedex would take care of the “legwork” and to Riley ensuring I had the best experience….which was above and beyond my expectation!

    I was working with Mark Q to assist us printing our posters for one of our upcoming conferences for NOAA. Mark was so friendly and helpful with assisting us with out tax free order since we are not allowed to purchase items with tax for the government. His customer service and response to assist us is one of a kind and we need more managers like him. Thank you for assisting us and we will most likely order from the VA location instead of the Silver Spring location due to the excellent customer service.

    I came in to buy a calendar I get every year. I also needed to use the PC for personal emails and was greeting by Mark who showed me where the calendar were and assisted me with the operation of the PC's.
