We expected that we would be unable to pick it up until the next morning. William jumped on the request and had it completed in less than an hour. This far exceeded our expectations and it helped ensure we would not risk being late for our meeting the next morning. He went above and beyond.

I went into store and William worked very hard to make things work for me. And I was frustrated! He was awesome. The submit button on your online printing on three separate occasions just sits and spins. I would get my coupon as if order went through but NO order. Highly recommend William. Not my only time working with him, and I have observed him with others as well. Great employee! Everyone in this store very professional and helpful!
