Ended up doing self-serve scanning on their advice but no one advised that the default settings on scanning were inadequate for high quality. Waited 3 days longer than they promised for my finished photo books and they are ***. Unusable. Manager said it's because the scanner settings were wrong. THEY TOLD ME TO USE THE SCANNER IN THE FIRST PLACE. Won't be back.
