    The online print system is awful. I called the store and Ronnie had me email the document directly to the shop for printing and it was done within a couple of hours. He had a long line when I came to pick up my document and he organized everyone really well, was incredibly patient even though he was the only person helping and made sure everyone was taken care of timely.

    Ronnie noticed that I could use folding service for my print job that I ordered online. He called me and asked if I needed the service. It had not been offered to me on the online screens so I didn’t know it was available. It was some thing that was really helpful to me and I appreciate that he called me to offer it to me.

    Every time I work with Hannah I always have the best experience, she goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and that I am happy with our transaction.
