This time she was amazing because initially, Morgan was helping me and she, too, was extremely helpful, but for whatever reason, the machine were not cooperating. I was trying to get a doc scanned. Both of them went out of their way to help. The store was getting ready to close and they still did everything they possibly could to get me what I needed. They are great employees and should be commended for such wonderful customer service. My name is Rosemary Novelli by the way.

Spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service where they were no help. I’m not willing to call and deal with the whole claim ordeal and waste more if it time but thought you should know.

This was an amazing experience, and due to the rushed nature of the request I’m even more impressed with their understanding and willingness to find a way, where other service providers can have a “not my problem” kind of attitude. This was the complete opposite. So grateful!
