    I was pleased that Gus could run my order while I waited. They explained the priority print fee to me, which was disappointing, but I didn’t have a choice. Thank you for the quick service.

    The copier kept jamming, assistant really did not address other than removing jammed paper, did not check back or offer another copier. I left without all of the copies I thought that were done. Missing alot of them from each jam.

    I didn't know that I could use my Minion USB drive to use copy machine myself. Victoria was very sweet, knowledgeable and highly efficient. She definitely deserves a raise and a promotion to assistant manager if she isn't already.

    The store was very busy when I walked in. There were only 3 associates , all her were very busy. I needed help printing 3 different sizes. Instead of having me navigate online, Megan took the time to help me print everything immediately. She was patient, helpful and overall great to work with.

    Gus always goes the extra mile and maintains a friendly and welcoming demeanor. He was able to spot correct my print job the following day upon receipt to accommodate my discerning stylistic aims and more than satisfactorily met my high standards.

    I had some trouble figuring out how to print what I needed to print, and asked for assistance. Victoria came with me to the printer and walked me through everything step by step, was super friendly, helpful, and made my errand an enjoyable one! I never leave reviews for anything, but she was so great, I had to!

    We were looking for a great printing services in town and when we entered the store and saw Victoria smiling at us, I had a feeling that we will leave the store smiling. and indeed her customer service was top notch, you can really tell she knows what she’s doing, she made sure every time she prints the things we needed that we know how much it would cost us so there will be no extra charge surprises and after she prints our things she goes through every pages with us that way if there’s a problem she could fix it right away. I highly recommend this store and will definitely come back here for future transactions. Good Job Victoria!!!

    I was there at the open of the store. I was pretty desperate to get something done for an event today. The team member's name was Sangwon. He did a sample of what i needed, looked great. So i told him i needed it now. 200 11x17 2 sided color copies. Sangwon turned to his manager and without hesitation the answer was, lets get it started. i understood it could take an hour. i returned just after an hour and it was ready to go. Grateful of Sangwon and the Team in Lynnwood.

    "Mey" was excellent to deal with. She was professional and cordial. She answered all of my questions. She explained everything thoroughly. I watched her pack my items and I am very impressed with her careful attention to protecting the items. She pointed out the tracking numbers. She informed me of the scheduled delivery date. She far exceeded my expectations. She should be considered a very valuable employee.
