I believe her name is Lori, I can see another lady coming who is the manager of the store also starting to be rude and unprofessional with her coworker. Lori came out and handled everything in a very professional manner even apologized to all of us customers in the store for what happened I could see loris embarrassment I was also embarrassed for her, Lori keep working with pose and was professional while being yelled at by two ladies who were also working with her. I asked Lori do they always yell like this? Not very professional n made me very uncomfortable.
