Even when they are extremely busy, which is a lot, they take the time to greet you and acknowledge your presence and let you know they will be with you shortly. When it is your turn, they give you undivided attention and do not just rush through your order to get to the next customer. I like that they focus on the order at hand because it make me feel confident the job request is done 100 percent perfect the first time.

The signs were pointing to the right, and she pointed out that the other side of the sign needs to be the opposite artwork. Otherwise the one sign would point into directions. My clients would have looked like idiots. I am so grateful for her thinking and excellence above and beyond! And so are my clients!!
