I hope FedEx realizes what a gem they have with her as she greeted me immediately with the biggest smile genuine concern for me as a customer. She asked me how she could help me she maintained a great sense of humor and a smile throughout the entire process. I can honestly say Antoneia treated me as if I was the most valuable customer they had. What I had to do today was emotionally unpleasant however, little did she know she was getting ready to make the biggest difference in someone’s life who needed it at that moment in time. But really impressed me as I was walking out she greeted the next customer who walked in just as jovial, friendly, and caring as she did me. FedEx, you need to utilize her as a role model for what true customer service should be.
