I REALLY don’t like that and hope the UPS store or a local printer won’t play that game.

Eric was very patient with me and were able to get everything correctly packaged and ready for shipment the next day. Eric and the rest of the team at this location are great.

Associate quoted over $2 PER POSTCARD because it was "a rush" and reduced to $1.50 per postcard when confronted. This order would have been less than $1 on the website. We appreciate service, but considering how many times our order was not ready on time (about 75% of the time) it felt ironic being charged double to have the order ready same-day.

Overall, my transactions amounted to $470. I was in Florida to attend my late sister's celebration of life, and was shipping her some of her cherished personal items up to my home in Nova Scotia, Canada. While I'd tried to prepare her bicycle to ship, the staff went well above and beyond to help me get my item ready for shipping. When I'd decided to ship additional items, my salesperson went the extra distance to seek out all possible options to help me move my items at the best possible value. Finally, I needed to print additional items for my sister's celebration of life. Again, my sales associate went the extra distance to help me print my items and safely transport them. I was not at my best, and I thoroughly appreciated the friendly staff (everyone, including the assistant manager) chatting with me. Special kudos should go to the person who helped me out (forgive me, I don't recall his name, but he has a 3 month old daughter he's super proud of). They helped me to get my items shipped and up here in Canada safely. It means a lot. Thank you so much! I'd recommend people to this location any day.
